For Coaches

Developing Your Coaching “Signature”

Every person has a unique written signature. Their signature represents who they are and what they stand for. Their signature's “value” directly corresponds to the person behind it.

A Coach also has a Coach’s “Signature”. It too represents who they are and what they stand for. Rest assured, their players will be able to tell what that Coach’s “Signature” represents. Coaches need to be intentional on developing the Coach’s “Signature” they want to represent them.

Through Jack’s program Coaches will participate in exercises that will help them develop the type of Coach’s “Signature” they want associated with their career.

Developing Your Life “Signature”

Every person has a unique written signature. Their signature represents who they are and what they stand for. Their signature's “value” directly corresponds to the person behind it.

Student athletes also have a Life “Signature”. It too will represent who they are and what they stand for.

Jack walks the participants through the three areas of their life that will shape what that Life “Signature” represents. This program helps them become better people, stronger teammates, and more impactful role models.

Getting to "Team"

No organization starts out as a Team. They all begin as a group of people trying to work together to accomplish a common objective. They have to earn the right to become a Team. This three hour workshop helps the athletes understand the five keys to moving from a group of people to a Team and how to get the buy-in from the group in order to do so.

Developing Your Team Signature

This program works in tandem with the Leadership Signature workshop and can be combined with it. Just like individuals have Life Signatures and Leaders have Leadership Signatures, Leadership Teams also have a unique Signature. This program is broken into two parts. In the first part, the participants go through the 2.5 hour Life / Leadership workshop to understand their personal Life / Leadership Signature. That session is followed by the Leadership Team as a whole, going through the same exercises but working as a Leadership Team to answer each of the four segments in the program.
