In this episode, Jack welcomes Ryan Cain. Ryan is the president of the Spero Group, a management company that specializes in operating behavioral health companies and addiction treatment centers. He's the founder of the Nashville Recovery Center and is currently the executive director of Fund Recovery. Ryan also is the former president of the Hall of Fame Health Organization. Ryan has an incredible personal story that led him to impact thousands of people in their families who are suffering from mental health or addiction. Ryan shares with Jack his own story of overcoming addiction and how that led to him now leading an organization that helps others battling similar mental health or addiction struggles.
